World Meeting Sync nació de una necesidad real: coordinar reuniones entre equipos repartidos en Estados Unidos, Latinoamérica, el Caribe y Europa sin errores de horario.
Lo creó Jorge Venegas, ejecutivo de operaciones y gerente general con más de 30 años dirigiendo equipos en Estados Unidos, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Belice y el Caribe. Después de años de reuniones con dueños, corporativos y proveedores en distintas zonas horarias —y de más de una llamada perdida por un cambio de horario de verano— quiso una herramienta simple, bilingüe y sin registro.
Qué hace
- Compara la hora de varias ciudades a la vez, para la fecha exacta de tu reunión.
- Marca en colores el horario laboral, temprano/tarde y noche de cada participante.
- Sugiere automáticamente las mejores horas para todo el grupo.
- Genera la invitación para Google Calendar, Outlook o Apple Calendar, y un enlace para compartir.

About World Meeting Sync
World Meeting Sync came from a real need: coordinating meetings between teams spread across the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe without time mix-ups.
It was created by Jorge Venegas, an operations executive and general manager with more than 30 years leading teams in the US, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Belize and the Caribbean. After years of meetings with owners, corporate offices and suppliers across time zones, he wanted a simple, bilingual tool with no sign-up.
What it does
- Compares the time in several cities at once, for the exact date of your meeting.
- Color-codes each participant's work hours, early/late hours and night.
- Suggests the best times for the whole group automatically.
- Creates the invite for Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar, plus a shareable link.
